Does anyone know if the EE VIP programme is still available?

If so how can you join - is it still that you need to have been with EE for 10 years?

My friend has EE VIP which allows him to upgrade at no extra cost every year - that's where I heard of it! But I can't find any reference at a yearly upgrade at no cost anywhere on the website.

There's Upgrade Anytime, @richardthenshaw. After 12 months, there's no fee. But there's likely to be an up front charge for the device on the new contract.
