    <description>&lt;P&gt;When a payment fails the first time it retries again and takes up to 10 days. This will be why you have paid twice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can leave it there and the credit will go towards your next bill or you can call EE to ask for the refund back but that can take 3-5 working days to go back into your account&lt;/P&gt;</description>
