Cancelling extra sim

I was wondering if anyone could help, I want to cancel my extra sim that I do not use, I bought a dongle and got 2 sims with it and I don’t want the other one that isn’t being used as it’s £12.50 a month for nothing basically. How can I do this on the app or do I need to call?

@Elmjobarbz If this is a contract you’ll need to call customer services to request this as you have to be told how much it’ll cost you to terminate that contract if it’s still within the contract period.

It’s a one month only contract when I took out the contract for a dongle

A 1 month only contract will renew every month until you cancel it.

You can only cancel it by calling EE. You can't do it online or on here.
