im not due to upgrade till next year but i am being offered to upgrade early for a cost but i dont know if it would be worth seeing if i can lower the plan that i am on currently till i want to upgrade my phone. the upgrade that i can do can lower my plan by over £20 which is better but the payment to upgrade to do that is high could some one help

The only way to lower your contract plan is by upgrading. If you have a chat with our Mobile Care team, they can run through your options with you.

i have just upgraded my phone, If i was to phone up would i be able to pay off the full amount of my contract then take out a sim only contract

Yes, you could switch to SIM only if you pay your early upgrade fee.
