@AbbieEdwards15 this isn’t customer services it’s a public forum which does not have access to your EE account for that you need to call customer services.

Is there any particular reason for you to have credit on your a/c? Most peeps pay their bills & are up-to-date on their a/c's.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Hi yes it’s because it’s stating my bills been paid so I think I’ve paid to much last month and it put me in credit
