Unknown bill

I have I bill. Called balance brought forward. Which is an amount remaining from last bill. I don't understand why when I've only just got this contract a week ago. Can anyone explain?

i also have the same bill. Says Balance brought forward of previous month and it's the full month payment. Did you know anything about this?

Did you make a payment for the previous bill after the date this new one was produced?

Is your balance correct in your My EE account?
