Hi,

We have 3 phones on the same account. 2 of them, I want to start being pay as you go and one to keep as direct debit. contracts are all ready to upgrade. Can you tell me how this would work.. can the 2 phones to go to pay as you go start that at any time ?

@VPE7 if you give customer services a call they should be able to sort that for you.

You need to give 30 days notice to cancel the 2 you want on on PAYG & ask for them to be switched to PAYG.
