    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem at the moment,I called them and gave them the IMEI number and was told that its not in there system I sent it back nearly two weeks ago also and have till this Friday for them to inspect phone,I will NOT be paying ee £389 for there stupid mistake.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sent my phone for trade in to Likewize and have checked tracking. They recieved it at 08.16 on the 20th April and yet nothing has been sent to my email or txt after 7 days. They say 3-5 days, have phoned them and now been told to give the inspection team another 3 days to find it!!! What happens if they can’t find after proof of delivery??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I would recommend keeping proof of your delivery until the outcome has been provided.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Called again today and been told this is the third day that the warehouse staff have to find my phone. To be honest it’s now been 2 weeks with no update. I appreciate that it’s been a bank holiday but 2 weeks to get a trade in done is shocking. Been told if not found today another email will be sent to warehouse. How many emails need to be sent before something else gets done, can’t even ask for phone back because obviously they can’t find it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have same problem.&amp;nbsp; We sent 2 mobiles (one on 22/12/22 and other on 29/12/22) both sent special delivery.&amp;nbsp; We have called today, provided the tracking details, and they cannot find the first mobile on their system - they asked for EMEI number, which we provided.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The second mobile has been assessed and approved already, and to be honest, they seemed to have no clue what had happened to the first mobile.&amp;nbsp; They tried to claim that a label may have got damaged/covered up.&amp;nbsp; But I think they've lost it!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So what happens now?&amp;nbsp; They've signed for delivery we have proof of that, and therefore it is their error and responsibility to sort out, and not ours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't think EE should offer trade ins via an unreliable company it reflects badly on them too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having Same trouble with my trade in to LIKEWIZE !&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I traded in my phone on the 18th July sent by tracked Royal Mail , they received it have proof of delivery so contacted them after 3 days told no update as yet after giving them the IME , contacted again after 7 days again no update so after two weeks tried again &amp;amp; was told warehouse busy no update &amp;amp; that they would send me a email when there was a update so finally after 3 weeks had a email saying phone processed &amp;amp; completed &amp;amp; EE would be updated on my trade in so thought ok that’s done now &amp;amp; didn’t give it any more thought !! Until my bill came in for September!! &amp;nbsp;I’ve been charged &amp;nbsp;** NON TRADE IN CHARGE £275 ** &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have &amp;nbsp;contacted EE via online chat about 20 times &amp;amp; am getting know where ! Contacted LIkewize via email about 20 times &amp;amp; all they say is there a third party EE need to contact them ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;this is literally driving me insane !! I’ve sent my phone back as a trade in &amp;amp; now I’m being charged &amp;amp; Likewize have my phone but now I’m left with a non trade in charge that was completed &amp;amp; know one wants to do anything to sort this out !&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After being on the phone last Thursday 10th October to EE customer service went through whole thing again &amp;amp; said I’ve really reached the end of my patience ! As if a trade in is done via EE I’m sorry but the trade in is the responsibility still for EE to sort out as if I had just sold my phone online then yes it’s my responsibility! But this was done via EE with the company they choose to process there trade ins .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Will be calling tomorrow for update !&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
