Hi,

I am not sure how the process works as just been with EE for a year.

I normally when the new iPhone comes out I pre order every year and use to trade in my device. How does it work for EE? I will probs have about £650 left to pay. Do I pre order online say I want to trade in and then when new phone comes I trade this in. Or will I need to wait for it to come out and trade it in. Or do I have to pay whole amount and then trade.

Any help be appreciated
