      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my contract is up soon, and I want to upgrade to the latest Z flip 4. I want to make the final payment on my account of £230 ish so then I can close my account, get a new phone via Samsung and go to a different network provider. EE live chat is a joke, no English workers to help you, and it seems no one knows what to do&lt;/P&gt;</description>
