      <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed my phone in may 2022 kept same number with ee same provider. I need to access months of aug and sept 2021 but they have disappeared. I need to prove I made a call for legal reasons.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EE were not helpful and then wasted an hour of my time trying to upgrade my plan which I was assured would retrieve this data.&amp;nbsp; The plan failed as never received a call back saying my bank card declined which was utter nonsense.&amp;nbsp; To attempts were made to my card and verified by my bank.&amp;nbsp; How can I get this call history as it is integral to my case.&amp;nbsp; Very frustrated and need help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1060889"&gt;@Kp53&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; unless you have itemised billing in place at the time then you cannot get your call history and this isn’t available for pay-as-you-go. &amp;nbsp;Changing to a contract will not get this history also. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if it’s a legal matter than this can be requested via legal means you can not do this yourself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1060889"&gt;@Kp53&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;You could perhaps submit a&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Subject Access Request (SAR)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;by&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;using the online&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="aqua"&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.productsandservices.bt.com/consumer/edw/privacypolicy/copyform/ee/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" data-di-id="di-id-f6668c83-f84d26c8"&gt;GDPR Form&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. That should include outgoing calls &amp;amp; texts. It normally takes up to a month but could take up to 3 months.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
