If it’s just a general question you have just ask it and you’ll get help with that but actually doing the upgrade for you that’s not possible.

You can log into your My EE account and select 'Upgrade' to view all available deals if you're eligible to upgrade, or, please call us on 150 and the team will go through your options with you.
