My sim only deal doesn’t end until 2023 and I would like a new handset/pay monthly deal is this possible or do I need to see out my sim only deal?

It's possible but you'll need to pay off your remaining contract less 20%.

@Leanne_T been on it since March 2021 and it was a 24 month contract

If you log into your My EE account and select upgrade, this will let you know when you are eligible to upgrade to a phone and new plan.

Might also be worth seeing if you can buy direct? Companies like Apple and Samsung often let you buy at 0% APR and you can then just put your SIM in it.
