Refund from my credit

I paid my bill last Monday and I over paid my bill so I got it on credit, I phoned up and asked for a refund on my credit and she had said it was going to be a couple of days until it’s back in my bank it’s not been over a week so more than 5 working days plus the weekend and I’ve still not received this payment. It’s gone off my account so it’s not saying it’s on credit anymore but says I paid it in on that Monday so it’s gone from my account on ee but still been taken out in my bank and no refund.
