My Airtime rewards credit has been added to my bill on the 16th but EE never took it off on the 21st took the full DD they always take..?

Will the redemtion come off next bill? **bleep**ed off 😤

Thanks for coming here.

If the credit has been applied after the bill date, this will be added to the next months bill for you.

The direct debit would have taken the full amount if the bill was already produced before the credit was added.

You can check the bill date in your My EE > Bills and Payments.

@Lindu Once you are billed that’s the start of an automatic billing process and that’s the amount that will be taken from your payment method. You can not change the amount once billed so you have to add this to your account before you receive the bill.
