&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;EE will eventually give this to a debt collection company and they will add their own fee to this outstanding charge. &amp;nbsp;So you’ll pay more than the contract cost. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; This will also effect your credit rating.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Problem with paying bill - please help</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on each 8th i git new bill to pay - 140£&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;last month bill i couldnt pay and new one i cant pay neither. Now i chat with one off EE stuff and arange payment on 22/07/2022. I said i will pay both bills - 280£&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now , my situation is still bad, i cant afford to pay&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i dont use those numbers , i took contracts 6-7 months ago as i was thinking to expande my work and i honna need it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;one off number wasnt use at all - now whats happening on world / bills / etc im struggling to pay it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can i put on hold contract for 2-3 months ? I cant call ee as im almost deaf and the options that they probide for deaf people are not enough for me&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can someone please help me what to do ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i was thinking when my contracts will go to collection agency to make some dill with them - dont know what to do&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; But if your struggling to pay your monthly bill you have to call customer services and explain the situation the longer you leave this the more it will effect you. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

They selling your contract to agency like lowell ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what agency ee using ? Lowell ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
