Website broken?

The website seems to be broken or just badly designed .

Tried to download recent bills. I could down load the current bill but it only printed as 5cm by 4cm image. Increasing print % only moved it off the page, so yes bigger but less image.

Previous bills were listed but could not be accessed, no link when you put cursor over them.

Not very impressed

They'll be able to help with your bills and see what's going on.
