      <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my phone a few months back and took out a BT deal at the same time, I realised my monthly cost was higher than agreed so I sat in the phone queue for a considerable amount of time only to be told “I’ve made a note and it should be ok next bill”&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Two more bills have now gone out at the overcharged price! I don’t have time to sit in a phone queue for over an hour to get this resolved, there should be an option for live chat &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":speech_balloon:"&gt;💬&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
