      <description>&lt;P&gt;Logged into my account to look at upgrading second line. Had emblazoned all over the page that with this phone and package, no early upgrade fee. Imagine my delight to have additional charges on my first bill of 41.21 EARLY UPGRADE FEE, and the 30 upfront phone cost, that I paid to order the phone. Re-charged&lt;/P&gt;</description>
