      <title>Stolen/lost tablet</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to call EE to report a stolen/lost pay monthly tablet. It states on their website that they are committed to offering 24/7 customer service however when you press list/stolen phone on their website it tells you to call 150 from a pay monthly phone which I did twice surprise surprise there office is closed and I was informed by automated recording to call back at 8am I’m sorry but This is not 24/7 service which I’m paying nearly £80 a month for my mobile and sim my partners sim only and a tablet that’s went walkies unacceptable I wouldn’t like my iPhone to go missing and no way of locking it totally unacceptable EE&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Quite often these recorded messages play, then allow you to wait for an agent to deal with a lost/stolen queries outside normal CS hours.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
