Hi , I have had my account suspended this morning even though there’s a direct debit in place and the bill ain’t due till the 31st. Why do we bother setting up direct debits if you’re going to suspend services for payments that you take on time monthly. My bill was paid fine by direct debit last month so why do they suspend when the bill is not actually due

Hi @Kayhassan86

It would be very unusual for us to suspend your account if you're up to date on your payments. If we have, there would be a reason for it.

I recommend contacting our Mobile Care team, as @Northerner suggested.

Let us know how you get on.
