Hi hope u can help I've been charged a extra £11.99 a month for something on goole store I've checked on the phone nothings been downloaded I dnt no why to do or who do I need to contact to take the extra charges off. Thanks

You have probably instructed the Google Playstore to charge things to your mobile bill, see Third Party Phone Bill Charges

In relation to the £11.99 charge check youtube account. I've just found out I've been paying that amount but I have no clue why. Have now cancelled.
