access to bills & payments

I have no link to bills & payments, I am not PAYG, once registered does it take a while to obtain the bills & payment link.

I need to download .my bill each month ?

You can view your bills and download these in your My EE account, please select Bills and Payments.

Guys I'm an absolute tech guru and this site is atrocious, there is no "bills and payments" on the mobile home page and every guide you put out tells us to "go to app" then "go to bills and payments" it's not there. Then you search bills and payments up the top to see if it will give you the page but it takes you here to three goons telling you to go to bills and payments, christ

If you log into your My EE account online, select Menu, Bills & Payments, View bill, you should then have all your billing information and download bill showing?

@Plamf First of all there is no need to make offensive remarks. I have just tried this on my own EE app and the bills & payments are definitely there, previous bills are also visible and they can be downloaded and printed if needed. You don't even need to be a tech guru. 🤔

There are no "Bills & Payments" for PAYG. Could you be on that?

You should be able to find and download your bills both in the My EE app and your My EE account online.

Are you having a problem doing that?

If so, check to make sure you're set up as the bill payer in the 'My Numbers' section.
