    <description>&lt;P&gt;Me &amp;amp; my partner both due an upgrade &amp;amp; his phone is under my account. Explained to multiple advisors that I am now on maternity leave so need to drastically reduce our bills. I have been with ee 13x years &amp;amp; they were not willing to budge with the monthly options. Despite the fact that I should get a 10% discount, they were trying to charge me almost double what my cousin got his upgrade for last week with EE. I have given the 30x days notice for both contracts &amp;amp; will be taking my business elsewhere! Can’t believe after 13x years they are more than happy for me to leave! Shocking customer service! I work in customer services &amp;amp;wouldn’t &amp;nbsp;dream of speaking to customers how I was dealt with.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
