if you have any issues paying your contract then you will need to call customer services about this. They might allow you to lower the price but it might be for a longer duration than your current remaining four months. You owe what you agreed to pay.

Hi, is it possible to reduce my monthly bill as my 24 month contract is up in 4 months so by now I have paid the phone off and I’m willing to lower my data allowance. My partner has been made redundant and I am now working part time due to having a baby so if there’s any way of saving some money on my bills that would be great.

EE has no concept of paying off the handset. You agreed to pay the same price for the full duration of the contract. There will however be a 10% discount 3 months after the end of min. term. You may always choose to upgrade your contract to a cheaper SIM-Only contract within the last 45 days of your contract term.
