    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&amp;nbsp; I have always received an email every month and then since February they have just stopped.&amp;nbsp; everything else is ok as I can look online and see them just wondered why the emails suddenly stopped as this was not communicated to me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have not received any bills by email since February.&amp;nbsp; Nothing on my account has changed and my email has remained the same.&amp;nbsp; The only thing that has changed was a price increase at the same time the emails stopped.&amp;nbsp; The bill is showing in my account and has been paid.&amp;nbsp; Anybody else not receiving emails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I never receive bills on email, mine are always sent to my account and I look on there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
