When I download my bill it is not in a viewable format but in computer language. I am using an IPad and a iPhone.This has only happened over the last few months.

When I try to download my bill it is not in the readable format but in computer language. This is a resent occurrence over the last few months. Anyone know what to do to correct this.

I have sorted it you need to press this circle with an arrow in it then all is good
