Can someone explain to me if i make a payment through the my ee app the day after a ‘promise to pay’ what will happen? Will it go through or will it get rejected

@Declanholmes It should go through as it’s a payment that you are still required to make it’s just that you can make it earlier than the promise to pay date.

Hi @Declanholmes.

Your payment will still go through, but if your service had already been cut off it may take up to 24 hours to come back on.

Does it look like your payment has been rejected?
