I hope I don't get charged for changing my number!!! Just paid £47 for a bill,that weren't even my number..due to being stressed out + confused. I didn't know what the payment was for...I thought it was cause my contract changed, over to sim only deal..but they were still billing me for my previous phone..That I returned..as for the £47 I paid..I not sure where that money has gone!!! Only 1 place for it+ that's for my new sim only account. Which should have been £34 only.. please delete my old account,as I no longer use that..got new phone,then got a new number. What a carry on this has been..hopefully my details were transferred from my old phone to this number.. why make it so I duntDo understand what the he'll is happening .. Thank-you.. hopefully this is sorted know....Thank-you....

We have no account access here on the community and can't transfer numbers.

To place a cancellation for your previous contract I would recommend giving us a call on 150.
