Upgrade mobile phone for new user

Hi all,

I was wondering if someone could give some information about upgrading. I have been using EE since 2 months and there is "early upgrade after October" written in the my account. However when I talked with EE employee in the store, they said that I will be able to upgrade the latest device after 3 months. Will I be able to upgrade after 3 months my contract started or I need to wait until October which is 6 months since contract started. Is there any other option that I can pay some money like 250 pound and can pay rest of them monthly?

Welcome to the community.

Are you on an 'upgrade anytime' plan? If you call our Mobile Care team on 150, they'll be able to run through all of the upgrade options available to you.

Hi Chris,

There is written that early upgrade and standard upgrade is available from 02/10/2022. I would like to learn if there is any other option such as paying some of the them and start upgrading. I was informed that i will be able to upgrade after 3 months by EE employee.

Yes, there should be an option to upgrade with an early upgrade fee, @canercagla. Essentially buying out of your contract so that you can upgrade.
