Re open my closed account

Hey guys.

Unfortunately I was admitted to a mental ward for 12 weeks. I had no phone no nothing. I just got out a few days ago and my account has been closed..is there any chance to reopen the account?. Due to illness as it's not fair that I am being punished for this.
