      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am eligible for an upgrade but I keep getting a message ‘sorry no available plans for this device’. It says it on all plans and devices. Anyone experienced this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Ie an early upgrade or are you within the standard upgrade period which is 45 days before your minimum time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;it it’s an early upgrade you have to have a same cost or a more costly tariff than you have now. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
