    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi there I had an outstanding bill of a certain amount and services had been suspended it told me the amount needed to be paid to reactivate account which I paid but then it’s still not been reactivated and is saying I still need to pay the rest&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If your balance is clear on your &lt;A href="http://myaccount.ee.co.uk/" target="_blank"&gt;My EE account&lt;/A&gt; and your Direct Debit went through OK, everything should be fine.&lt;/P&gt;
