Calls to this number are barred

I’m going out of my mind!!! I need to ring Dublin and all I get is “calls to this number are barred”

I have tried everything that has been suggested

changed my phone to all the appropriate settings to make this call.

logged on to my ee and the toggle to allow international calls is “greyed” out and impossible to switch.

I have also added an increased spend cap.

I need help asap!!

You need to ring Dublin but where are you calling from? You omitted to say.

OK, so you're calling abroad from the UK. Are you on contract or PAYG?

Login to your MyEE account online & go to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls > Call Abroad and Premium Rate. It will show as ticked if calling abroad is activated. If not ticked, can you activate this setting? If not, you will need to call CS.

Had a hard time figuring it out.

So you actually need to text "ROAM INT" to 150 to enable international call.
