Otherwise I would suggest ringing customer service to see if they can shed any light on this.

Hi,

Although my contract is cancelled and my number already transferred to another network, I need to know how to find my final bill so I can keep managing my tight budget.

A PAC was requested by me on the 21t of March in order to port my number to the new network and everything was finalised by the 25th when I was told by text message that I will be able to see my final bill in MyEE app. I have been checking this app for the last few days and the only thing it says is that my account is closed.
The text message also mentioned that I will be let known whenever this bill was ready. I haven’t heard anything so far and as I said I need to budget very carefully over my expenditures. So if you could let me know of something about it I’ll be most grateful.

Best regards.

xxxx xxxxxx

[Mod edit: Please do not post personal information on the public board. Thanks!]

Thank you Chris for your post. It makes sense what you say in it if it wasn’t for the fact that I’m billed every 9th of each month and the actual charge goes through around the 17th - 19th by direct debit, depending on the day of the week. Those dates are well past and I still haven’t received a thing. There was no mention of the bill being sent by Mail but to be found in the MyEE app. I know I marked the response as a solution but it resolved little I’m afraid. Many thanks.

Juan

Thank you for your post and advice.Yes I have checked the Spam folder, Junk, Bin and all other folders in my email client and there’s nothing in.After calling customer service a few days ago I was advised to wait for EE to contact me or to call 150 and speak with the relevant department.
I will try and do that after finishing this reply. Many thanks.
J.

Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone
