Hi,

I have noticed charges on my bill for a ‘Dealsaints’

I have no idea who they are or why I am being charged. After lots of wrangling to find out a code to stop them. I texted ‘stop’ but why is this being allowed by EE?

It was so difficult to find out who this company are! I still don’t know who they represent?

can anyone help or comfirm if I text “stop” that will remove this.

I looked on Which website and they say I could claim from EE

These will be reversed-charged texts from Premium Rate nos. you may have inadvertently subscribed to via Web or TV. EE are not obliged to refund you but you may complain to the Premium rate regulator Phone-paid Services Authority or the firm itself. You can check out those firms or nos. yourself on that site.

You could try texting STOP to the number, but it may cost and may not work.

You should also text BAR to 150 to block Premium Rate numbers so this doesn't happen in future.
