      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I paid my bill via online baking to the Ee account details they have written but my services are still suspended. I couldn't with my card because it had been hacked in to and is barred now so I can't use it. I paid from my account to ee instead.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why is it still barred?
