Upgrade include VAT?

I have been prompted to say I can get an early upgrade. However I took out a plan nearly 2 years ago at £49 a month and I am now paying £56. No extra charges on top of my normal plan. I'm assuming this is due to inflation. But the price quoted for upgrade is £57. Does that include VAT? So would that be the total cost?

@Alex841 If it’s a personal tariff then yes it’ll include VAT.

Over the last. 2 years you’ve had price increases as per the T&Cs of the contract these increases are applied from April onwards and this year it was a increase of 9.3 percent, you’ll get this price increase every year even on a new tariff. The price increase is CPI + 3.9 percent.
