Hi, I have recently upgraded one of my plans under my account but the NHS Perks discount hasn't been applied. When will this be done and I imagine it will be backdated to the upgrade date?

I'm sorry to hear that your Perk discount hasn't been applied even after adding this online. The best next step is to call our team directly so they can review your order and look into the missing discount further.

Hello, I have since spoken to EE directly and sorted but cannot see my plan to check the discount etc on my app or online. Can someone please update it on the system allowing me to be able to check and see everything on my account?
