Direct debit

Recently upgraded my sim plan, cancelled direct debit in banking app but have realised it’s rolled over from old plan so now I do not have a direct debit set up, how do I re start this?

You can set up your bank details or payment date in your EE a/c under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

You will need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers to do that though.
