Hi @BTH

Congratulations on the new job!

Unfortunately, billing works on a monthly billing cycle and can't be changed to a 4-weekly schedule.

If you're concerned about the payment date no longer lining up with your payday, the best option is usually to pay by Direct Debit. The correct amount will be collected on the agreed payment date each month, so there's no risk of missing a payment as long as there are sufficient funds in your account.

If the current payment date isn't suitable, you could discuss Changing your Direct Debit date to one that fits better with your new pay schedule. You would need to Contact us to see what options are available on your account.

Alternatively, you can make additional manual payments whenever you're paid every 4 weeks, which can help you stay ahead of your bill.

Hope that helps, and good luck in the new role! 😊

Thanks

Hi all, got a query.

I recently changed job and because of that, I have also changed when I am paid from the same day every month to every 4 weeks. I will be earning enough to pay off my phone bill each month but am slightly worried as the date adjusts that the bill may not record as being paid correctly. Is there a way to set up my phone billing cycle as every 4 weeks instead of every month? If not, is there a way to set up a payment every 4 week so I dont risk missing a payment?

Many thanks in advance
