Silver Bag Not Arrived, possible to resend?

I’ve attempted to initiate a return. After waiting for a while, I received a call last week and was told that a silver return bag for my device would arrive within 5 days. It has now been more than 5 days and I still haven’t received it.

I tried calling but wasn't able to reach a person, and when I googled for how to contact as there was no email it said to make a post here.

If it has been lost in the post, could it please be resent?

I think there are problems with my local royal mail, as I went in today to chase and apparently my area code hasn't had any deliveries all week and the clerk mentioned another neighbour actually went and asked them same earlier as they haven't had their post either.

On that link you sent it mentioned stores accept returns for mobile phones. I bought my one via flex pay online, does this mean if I don't receive my silver bag I could instead give it in to my local EE store?

Yes, we've had no end of trouble over last 2 months with receiving our Radio Times. It often misses Fri., the latest it is due, but turns up late the following week which is for.
