I want to chat with customer support.

For the past 3 days I have been trying to get to EE through text to chat about my insurance plan but, I cannot find any information about EE live chats or AI assistance on the EE app nor on the website. I have my reasons for not being able to call. I also do not want to visit in-store unless I need to. Could somebody help me out?

@Aung3 : As long as you are on a mobile contract, Live Chat will be found under the Help section of the MyEE app as "Talk to us".

If you need to make a claim please visit Making an insurance claim, where you can also quickly submit your claim.

Or, to make any changes to your insurance have a look at How do I buy, upgrade, cancel or make a complaint about my insurance?
