I need to change the account details for one of my lines only

You can change your bank details or payment date in your EE a/c under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

You will need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers to do that though.

Further to the advise from @XRaySpeX, do you have more than one number on your account at present?

You can only change the payment details for the whole account, not have separate direct debits for different numbers on the same account.

If it is just the one number, you can update the details using the steps above.
