    <description>&lt;P&gt;For new customers or those previously on PAYG, there is a 6month minimum-period from initial connection, after which you can upgrade from SIM-only to a handset-agreement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For customers who were previously on a handset agreement and moved to SIM-only, you can move back at any time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The T&amp;amp;Cs also reference a "SIM access" user who is subject to a 10month lockout, I suspect this is the social tariffs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I currently 10 months into my ee sim only 24 month contract. I am looking to upgrade to a handset with an airtime agreement. When is it I will be able to do this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
