Difficulties cancelling me EE subscription from abroad

Hi,

Could someone please help me figure out how to cancel my EE subscription?

I’m currently no longer living in the UK, and I don’t have access to the EE app. My UK plan also doesn’t include international calls, so I’m unable to call EE customer services to cancel my subscription.

I’ve seen a few posts suggesting using Skype to contact EE from abroad, but Skype was retired back in 2025, so that doesn’t seem to be an option anymore.

Has anyone been in a similar situation or know of another way to contact EE and cancel the subscription from abroad?

You can't cancel a contract by app or online; only by phone or letter.

You may write to them giving your 30-day notice of cancellation at:

EE Customer Services
6 Camberwell Way
Sunderland
Tyne and Wear
SR3 3XN
United Kingdom

Include your name, address, EE account number and/or EE mobile number.

Your notice starts on receipt of your letter.

Just to add to @XRaySpeX excellent advice, if you don't have international calls included in your EE plan, you can still call customer service from any other phone while abroad using the number on our Contact us from abroad | Help | EE page.
