You can set up your bank details in your EE a/c under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

You will need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers to do that though.

Welcome to the community.

Further to the advice by @XRaySpeX, if you need to make a payment before setting up the direct debit, you can do this within the EE account under the Billing section, or by using our Fast Payment service, which just needs your mobile number and card details.
