No Order Confirmation

I have placed an order for an e-SIM with my direct debit details.
Apart from an email about the contract summary, there is no clear direction of when I will receive details on how to proceed, or activate my e-SIM.
Obviously, I'm unable to use the EE app to get in touch with the staff as I'm not onboard yet.
Any other way to check if my order went through?

I am exactly the same as you. Placed my order yesterday for the same SIM, no confirmation email received only the contract terms etc. Pretty poor really. I await their reply with interest!

Welcome to the community,

Your SIM cards are sent via post, I believe it is now first class and should arrive within the next 2-3 days.

If you want more details, you would have to contact EE via a different phone using the number in my signature and pressing option 2.
