New contract

I have recently taken out a new contract for my partner and was hoping to take one out for myself as well as get the children payg sims. My account is saying I cannot add anymore items yet. Does anyone know how long it usually is before you can add another contract?

@NickiG82 : You can always get PAYG SIMs. Just don't login to your a/c when you order them. They won't be on your a/c but their own. Contracts & PAYG don't mix..

Alongside the great advice @XRaySpeX has shared above, when it comes to adding extra products there isn't really a one size fits all rule for when this will change.

All customers have an internal credit class, which is determined by both their initial credit check and how they manage their bills moving forwards.

My best recommendation would be to set up a direct debit so all bills are paid on time, and this will maximise the chance of your credit limit and the additional lines you can take increasing.
