Increase to my £66 Full Works Plan

I've just checked my bill and I'm paying £74 for a £66 contract. There's no mention on the bill of any increased charge reason or explanation further down. Is anyone able to shed some light on this?

Does your bill provide a breakdown.

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 about this issue.

When did you start your plan?
